Deposits & Reservations
All puppy deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the puppy you reserved.
Deposits help secure your selected puppy and prevent missed opportunities for other families.
Health Guarantee
All puppies are checked before going to their new homes and are provided in good health to the best of our knowledge.
We strongly recommend scheduling a veterinary examination within 48–72 hours after receiving your puppy.
Returns
Due to the nature of live animals, we generally do not accept returns once a puppy has been delivered or picked up.
However, if there is a serious issue, please contact us immediately so we can work toward a fair solution.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in special circumstances, including:
- If the reserved puppy becomes unavailable
- Verified serious health concerns reported immediately after delivery
- Situations reviewed and approved by Jersey Frenchies
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing proper care and nutrition
- Regular veterinary visits
- Ensuring a safe and loving home environment
